Rekindled Dreams

In the antique shop people often enter a story, a story of lost dreams. They see the items of their youth and remember a time when they, too, had a dream. But like the old and lifeless porcelain dolls with torn and tattered lace, life has passed them by. So too has their dream. But they keep coming back, for as long as there are memories, there is still hope that somewhere among them they will find a glimmer of the rekindled dream. It often happens when a treasure is found in an antique shop. An item passed over by so many sparks the dream in a listless soul. It is as though divine intervention interrupts life at just the right moment with just the right item, and life changes. And every so often a person emerges from the shop with a relic to many, but a seed of a rekindled dream to one. That is why antique stores intrigue so many.

Hold on to your God given dreams. There is always hope, there is always more with Him. While life can sometimes feel like a musty old antique shop, God is in the business of rekindling dreams and if we keep looking He will bring life to your dreams in a most unsuspecting manner.

"And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of His glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power."
